On-Site Measurement and Analysis by KTI Engineer
KT450 FieldSERVICE provides analysis of your mold oscillator, as you need it. Using a portable system consisting of an industrial-grade laptop computer, high-temperature system cables, and four compact sensors with magnetic bases, our KT450 service technician quickly evaluates and reports on the condition of your oscillator.
KT450 FieldSERVICE is performed on a scheduled basis as part of a predictive maintenance program, or upon request to evaluate special conditions. It is offered for both noncasting mechanical inspection and short-term online measurement while casting. The system used by our engineers when providing service, the KT400 FieldMOMS, is also available for purchase or rent.
